Success: Not a straight line!
This is true for ANY part of your life, but ESPECIALLY for weight loss and/or fitness.
Expect the setbacks & squiggles. You’ll handle them better if you understand that that’s just the nature of the beast (and that you’re not a failure for having them … unless you let them stop ya).
Plus, straight lines are just f*cking boring & predictable, no? You’ll enjoy the fun & frustrations of the squiggle more once you’re on the other side. Trust me. My whole life is a series of squiggles. :)
i lost my first 50lbs in 4 months. insane huh?
the last 45lbs took me a year to lose. i should feel super accomplished but sometimes i’m like wtf! only 45lbs in a year! with nothing lost the last 3 months or so.
i mean i guess being in the normal and healthy range there will come a point where i don’t lose anymore. it’s just weird NOT having that there. i think maintaining will be easy. well, it has been since that’s what i’ve been doing essentially although i would like to lose about another 8-18lbs.
i bitch a lot but i shouldn’t. i weigh 143. this time last year i weighed 186. still…ugh! i want a lower prettier number. and i dont want rolls when i sit down. that would be DIVINE.
oh and to top off my complaining, i am eating a hot dog today for the first time in a year and half. topped with bacon too. i am such a contradiction.
i… look like i have no hair…but damn, do i really look that different? it’s hard for me to see on a daily basis…but i hear it all the time. *confused*
sucks.
i weighed a pound less this morning and did my little happy dance.
ate decent all day
shopped around and got some cute duds. i refuse to buy anything larger than a small now. if the small doesnt fit, i gotta work till it does.
then i come home and i eat a bag of chips and like half a salami sausage. oy. i really try to not eat after 6 or 7ish cause whenever i do it’s like 500+ calories more! yikes. heres to hoping i didn’t eff up.

i think i shall workout tomorrow morning.
been bike riding lately and it is wonderous (despite eating shit once and bending the fuck out of my basket)
